If you change your mind, that's no problem, subject to the terms and exclusions below. First let us know by email or post within 14 days of receiving your order. Please then return the item or items within 14 days, including a note with your details, order number and whether you want a refund or exchange. Items returned must be unused, in the same resalable condition as you received it, complete with the manufacturer's packaging, labels, tags and all contents. You don't have to give a reason for the return, unless faulty, but it may help us provide a better service if you do. If you want a refund, then this will be initiated as soon as we have received and inspected the item. Similarly if you requested an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement as soon as we receive the item and have inspected it. If a replacement item is not in stock, we will contact you. Providing the above conditions are met and a refund is requested, the full cost of your item will be refunded by the same method as the original payment, plus the basic postage paid if the full order is returned. If only part of the order is returned, the difference between the basic postage cost of the order without the returned item and the basic postage cost for the complete order will be deducted from the refund. If you paid extra for upgraded delivery, then this extra charge will not be refunded. You are responsible for the return postage. Please make sure that the item is adequately packaged to protect against damage. For more expensive items, it may be best to use a tracked or signed for service with adequate insurance as we are unable to refund or replace items which are lost or damaged in transit to us. You may inspect the item, as you would in a retail shop, however, excessive handling, resulting in devaluing the item will result in a reduction in the refund, up to the full original amount.

Excluded items: Items excluded from change of mind returns are: items made or altered to your specification or personalised for you, e.g. by adding a name. Items not returnable for hygiene reasons, such as toiletries, shaving items, earrings, underwear, etc. Items that are modified, partly or fully assembled or disassembled in any way after delivery.

If an Item is damaged on receipt or is not the correct item as ordered, then please get in touch within 14 days, as above. We will send you instructions on how to return the item. In most cases, we will email a postage paid label for the return. If you choose to return the item by a different method, unfortunately, we are unable to cover that cost. After 14 days the order will be deemed to be correct and delivered undamaged. If, on inspection after return, the item proves to be not damaged prior to delivery, or incorrect according to the order, then we will deduct the cost of the return postage from any refund.

If an item develops a fault, caused by a manufacturing defect, please get in touch. We will send instructions on how to proceed. If within 30 days of purchase, in most cases, we will email a postage paid return label. Faulty items will then be exchanged or refunded if the inspection shows there was a manufacturing fault. After 30 days, we may repair the item. If an inspection proves there was no manufacturing fault, or the fault was caused by damage, alteration to the product or misuse, including not adhering to instructions, care labels, etc. after receiving the order, then we will be unable to exchange or refund. We may require payment for the cost of any prepaid return postage paid by us and, either a prepaid postage label, or payment covering postage and packing to return the item to you. If the item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, we may deduct an amount from any refund, if the item shows excessive use or wear.
